All Vinyl Wraps purchased from Nascarwraps are not returnable or exchangeable unless there is proof that it is defective. Please take special care to order carefully and completely. We do recommend purchasing ordering vinyl film samples from the Nascarwraps.com shop before committing to a large purchase，We Ships within 3 - 5 Business Days, Larger purchase demand replenishment time.

The color images and pictures of all vinyl film colors on Nascarwraps.com are for illustration purposes only and are not guaranteed to exactly match the physical product you will receive. This is due to the fact that image quality and monitor settings are different than how they are in real-life and we can’t control your monitor settings for optimal color display. If you need real-time vinyl wrap photo. We can also provide you with real-time samples photos.

No changes or alterations to the item (except in the case of color/finish prior to shipment) can be made at any time and will not constitute grounds for a return. Some exceptions are if the vinyl has not shipped out yet and you want to change the color or the style. If the change in style or color costs more or less you have to pay or get a refund for the cost difference. All special order products are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable and include: (Special Order Items, Custom Designed Products, Small Meter Roll Cut from Standard Full Roll). 

There are absolutely no replacements, exchanges, or refunds issued after the product is installed. If we accept a return, shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for returning the item safely packaged in it's original condition, or the item may be subject to a non refund. All full roll returns are processed with a 20% restocking fee.

If you order the wrong product, Nascarwraps is not responsible. If you receive a product that does not match the description, please contact us immediately. All complaints about vinyl defects or wrong items received have to be proven with pictures! Please send us an email with pictures of the defect or color/style difference along with the issues/problems. You must inform us about defects, wrong items, wrong colors, and shortages within 7 days from receipt of order. After 7 days of acceptance of your order shipment from the courier the order is considered complete.Please note that products ordered at different times may be from different dye-lots, therefore we can not guarantee a 100% color shade or pattern match. There are no replacements, exchanges or refunds issued after 7 days of delivery.

For any shipment that is refused or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for fees associated with re-shipping the package. Shipping costs are not refundable. Packages refused by buyer will be refunded accordingly to the following rules: Product retail price of 30% will be applied on refused merchandises. The cost of shipping the original package will be deducted from the refunded amount. Even if the original order was shipped with the free shipping method, the actual shipping cost will still be deducted from the refund amount. Any return shipping costs charged by carrier for refused/returned package will also be deducted from the refund amount.

Nascarwraps products are warranted to be free of defects in material for the period of shelf life. In case of product defects communicated in mentioned period, Nascarwraps will consider and determine the existence of the defect and further decide at its sole discretion, to either replace defective product without charge or compensate it with money in such amount, as Nascarwraps deems reasonable. This action is the exclusive right and only obligation of Nascarwraps.

This warranty does not cover the cases of normal wrapping and transportation. In no event will Nascarwraps . be liable and responsible for labor, consequential damages, or incidental damages of any kind.

The goods are shipped on Incoterms DDU – Delivery Duty Unpaid. The payment for the goods doesn’t include taxes and duties. Please contact us if you need assistance in customs clearance.
